Parking

  • 1-car garage parking with direct entry to unit is exclusive to unit #2.

  • Surface parking to the right of the garage is exclusive to unit #1.

  • No other surface parking is permitted on the driveway.

Elevator

  • Elevator services all levels and is exclusive to unit #2.

Pets

  • Pets are welcome with no specific restrictions on number, weight, breed, and related.  Owners and their pets are subject to reasonable rules to encourage a pet-friendly, clean, and safe environment for people and their pets. (See condo documents for details.)

The Reimagination

  • Property was purchased in 2011.

  • Owners reimagined the property and rebuilt from the foundation to roof in 2012. 

  • New structural steel framing was engineered and installed to allow for open, loft-like spaces in the upper floors.

  • Every structure, surface, and system was touched and updated in 2012.

  • Over the last year, in advance of listing, the sellers have refreshed everything and installed new Daikin mini-splits, new appliances, and a new high-efficiency Veissman boiler.

Noise Attenuation

  • Designed and built to limit noise transfer.

  • Sound attenuating techniques utilized in floor and wall framing. 

Recycling / Garbage / Composting

  • Each unit is responsible for their individual recycling, garbage, and composting.

Rental

  • Units can be rented for a minimum of 6 months. A written lease is required.
